Grief Specialist
Guiding you through grief's journey
When someone important dies, or when something deeply meaningful changes or disappears from your life, the world can feel different.

About me
my vision
Welcome, I’m Tiara.

If you’re here, it’s because you’re facing a grief that feels overwhelming — and I want you to know you’re not alone.

As a grief counsellor with a Bachelor of Science in Life Coaching, specialised in grief support, I draw on both my professional experience and my personal journey.

At 16, I experienced the profound death of my father. That journey taught me the depth of grief and also how to carry life forward, even in the face of death — and it’s this understanding that allows me to empathize with your pain and offer compassionate, honest support.

What sets my approach apart is the mind‑body connection. Together, we’ll tap into your inner strength, develop personalised strategies to work with your grief, and — most importantly — I’ll be here to listen, giving you my full, undivided attention.
You won’t have to carry this burden alone. Every step of our work together is grounded in compassion, respect, and genuine support.

Here are some of the ways I can support you:

-
Build Emotional Resilience: You’ll gain tools to navigate the ups and downs of grief with greater understanding and confidence, allowing you to face difficult emotions with more steadiness.

-
Understand and Manage Waves of Grief: Together we explore emotional triggers and develop ways to respond to them with greater awareness, helping you feel less overwhelmed when grief arises.

-
Develop Healthy Coping Strategies: You’ll learn supportive practices such as mindfulness, journaling, breathwork, and grounding techniques that help you process your emotions in gentle and constructive ways.

-
Reconnect With Yourself: Loss can change how we see ourselves and the world. Together we explore your identity, strengths, and values so you can reconnect with meaning, purpose, and what matters most to you.

-
Finding Your Way With Grief: You’ll find ways to carry your loved one in your heart while gently rediscovering moments of connection, meaning, and even joy in life again

Are you longing for a place where your grief is truly understood?
Grief can feel heavy, confusing, and overwhelming. At times it may feel as though the world expects you to move on, even though your heart is still trying to make sense of what has been lost.

I offer a compassionate and steady space where your grief is welcome exactly as it is — a place where you can slow down, be heard, and gently explore what you are going through.
Grief is not only something we think about. It can live in our emotions, in our bodies, and in the way we experience the world after loss. When it remains unprocessed, it can leave us feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from ourselves and others.

With the right support, it’s possible to carry your loss in a gentler, more integrated way. Whether your grief is recent or from the past, together we can create a safe space to process it at your own pace, reconnect with yourself, and slowly rediscover moments of meaning, connection, and even joy.

Your journey through grief can begin here.

It is natural to feel lost, guilty, confused, numb, or angry after a loss.
My approach to grief counselling integrates psychological understanding with body-based practices, recognising that grief affects both the mind and the body.

Our sessions may include:

• Gentle conversation to explore and process your loss
• Psychological tools to help you navigate difficult emotions
• Body-based awareness practices to release held tension and stress
• Breathwork and meditation to support emotional regulation
• Mindful movement or simple yoga practices designed to support grief
• A compassionate space where you are deeply listened to and supported
Above all, I offer my presence, empathy, and full attention as you move through your grief.

You don’t have to carry this alone — schedule a free consultation whenever you’re ready.
