Welcome, I’m Tiara.

If you’re here, it’s because you’re facing a grief that feels overwhelming — and I want you to know you’re not alone.

​

Specialised in grief support, I draw on both my professional experience and my personal journey.

​

At 16, I experienced the profound death of my father. That journey taught me the depth of grief and also how to carry life forward, even in the face of death — and it’s this understanding that allows me to empathize with your pain and offer compassionate, honest support.​

​

What sets my approach apart is the mind‑body connection. Together, we’ll tap into your inner strength, develop personalised strategies to work with your grief, and — most importantly — I’ll be here to listen, giving you my full, undivided attention.

 

You won’t have to carry this burden alone. Every step of our work together is grounded in compassion, respect, and genuine support.

Sometimes grief asks for more than a single conversation.
It asks for time, consistency, and a safe space to unfold at its own pace.

If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted from carrying your grief alone, you may find that ongoing support helps you feel more grounded and less isolated in what you are going through.

​

I offer 1:1 body-based grief support through structured containers in Hobart and online, allowing us to work together over time, rather than in isolated sessions, recognising that grief affects both the mind and the body.

​

This creates space for deeper emotional processing, steady support, and meaningful integration.

 

3-Month Grief Support Container

​

A gentle and supportive entry into grief counselling over time.

​

This container may be for you if you are:

​

  • Navigating recent or active grief

  • Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or stuck

  • Wanting steady support rather than single sessions

  • Looking to begin making sense of your grief in a supported way

 

What this work supports:

  • Build Emotional Resilience

  • Understand and work with waves of grief

  • Develop supportive coping strategies

  • Cultivate self-compassion

  • Reconnect with yourself

  • Find your way with grief at a gentle pace

 

What’s included:

​

  • 6 x 1:1 sessions (75–90 minutes, fortnightly)

  • Support between sessions

  • Closing integration session

  • Option to extend into 6 months

  • Payment plans are available

6-Month Deep Grief Support Container

​

A more spacious container for deeper emotional integration over time.

​

This may be right for you if you are:

​

  • Experiencing complex or layered grief

  • Moving through ongoing waves of loss or change

  • Wanting a slower, deeper integration process

  • Seeking continuity and long-term support

 

What this work supports:

​

All aspects of the 3-month container, with extended time for:

​

  • Identity shifts after loss

  • Deeper emotional processing

  • Long-term integration of grief

  • Supporting life alongside grief over time

 

What’s included:

​

  • 12 x 1:1 sessions (75–90 minutes)

  • Fortnightly sessions initially, then monthly integration sessions

  • Support between sessions

  • Closing integration session at the end of the container

  • Payment plans are available â€‹â€‹

Our sessions may include:

​

• Gentle conversation to explore and process your loss
• Psychological tools to help you navigate difficult emotions
Body-based awareness practices to release held tension and stress
Nervous system work and breathwork to support emotional regulation
Mindful movement or simple yoga practices designed to support grief
• A compassionate space where you are deeply listened to and supported

 

Above all, I offer my presence, empathy, and full attention as you move through your grief.
